This course is a theoretical and practical course that allows you to learn techniques to meditate in silence. It will give you the foundation to start your own personal practice of meditation, and discover the tremendous power of discipline and experience true spiritual growth.

In this introductory course, students will understand the support and adjustments necessary for proper posture. They will also practice different ways of breathing to help in yoga and in daily life. Students will also learn about the basic principles of yoga that guide yogis to find balance.
Theoretical and practical course of 3 hours.

Yoga Kids es una divertida y gentil clase de Yoga para niños
(de preferencia que ya caminen). Exploraremos posturas de Yoga, movimientos,
música y ejercicios respiratorios durante 50 minutos de clase. Las mamás o
cuidadores deberán estar presentes, pero trabajaremos hacia la independencia. |

Yoga Kids is a fun and gentle yoga class for kids (must be walking).
We will explore yoga poses, movement, music and breathing exercises
during this 50 minute class. Moms/caregivers must be present, but we
will work toward independence. |

Esta dinámica clase de Yoga para dos personas nos permite compartir nuestro cuerpo, fuerza y flexibilidad con otra persona. Las posturas a realizar van de sencillas a desafiantes, con opciones para cada participante. Practicar Yoga con otra persona nos enseña a respetar a otros, mientras profundizamos en nuestra propia practica.

This dynamic yoga class for two people allows us to share our body and its strength and flexibility with another person. The poses used will range from easy to more challenging, with options for everyone. Practicing yoga with another person teaches us respect for others while we deepen our own practice.

Dependiendo de tus necesidades, el instructor te ayudara a desarrollar disciplina, creando una lista de asanas (posturas) para tu cuerpo y trabajar contigo para crear hábitos saludables relacionados con tu respiración, tu nutrición y tu practica de Yoga. |

Namaste Yoga & Meditación offers a 45 minute consultation designed to help you align your life and habits with a yogic lifestyle. Depending on your needs, the instructor will help you to develop discipline, create a list of asanas(poses) for your body and work with you to create healthy habits related to your breathing, your nutrition and your yoga practice

Become a certificated yoga teacher this year!
Hatha Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour Certification
September - February
Namaste Yoga & Meditación offers an in-depth, complete system to incorporate Yoga into your lifestyle.
You will be inspired to practice and have the foundation to take your Yoga practice as far as you'd like it to go!
This six months training is also a 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification program. You will gain a hands-on,
thorough knowledge of the Shambhava Yoga style and tradition, and feel confident to safely teach a public
beginning level class.
Upon completion, you will also be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level.
Training schedule:
Practice Yoga for two months at Namaste Yoga & Meditación
· Saturdays 6:30 – 2:30pm
· 1 class at Namaste Yoga & Meditación during the week
· Two intensive courses: Sayulita February 19-21 & GDL April 16-18.
Investment/Cost for 200 Hour Training is:
· $2,125usd
· $1000usd is due at the time of registration, which gives you
immediate access to our comprehensive online library of written, audio and video materials and an online
blog to help you prepare before (a minimum of 20 hrs) your training.
This registration may be done through the Shambhava School of Yoga by you.
